Frequently asked questions
How do I access my membership after signing up?
After you complete your registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your login details and a link to your member portal. Inside, you’ll find upcoming call dates, Zoom links, book selections (for the book club), and any shared resources from Summer.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes. You’re welcome to move between memberships as your needs shift. Simply log into your account to manage your plan, or reach out to Summer’s support team for help and we’ll walk with you through the process.
Is there a commitment?
All memberships are month-to-month. You’re invited to stay as long as the space feels nourishing and aligned. There’s no long-term contract, only a shared agreement to show up with care for yourself and the community.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. If you need support, just send a note and we’ll make sure everything feels clear and complete.
