Receive & Restore is a deeply relaxing energy-healing experience that brings together intuitive Reiki, guided connection, and the restorative vibrations of sound. Created for anyone who needs time away from the noise and demands of everyday life, this experience offers a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself and allow your mind, body, and energy to settle.
Unlike a traditional sound bath that follows a predetermined sequence, this experience unfolds intuitively. Summer will connect with the collective energy of the group and allow the Reiki and sound to respond to what is present in the room. Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, crystal bowls, and other vibrational instruments may be incorporated as she is guided, making every gathering a unique experience.
Reiki energy will be offered throughout the session to support balance, gentle release, and a deeper sense of connection. There is nothing you need to do, understand, or make happen. Simply allow yourself to relax, set aside the worries and stress of the day, and receive the Reiki, sound, and stillness surrounding you.
